Accessing Our Online Grant Portal

For the 2024 Annual Grant Cycle, organizations invited to submit an Application will utilize our online portal through Foundant.

• First time users will select the Create New Account option and establish a username and password for your organization and not you as an individual. This email and password will enable you and others involved in the grant process to access every form that your organization submits. Immediately following your first online session, an email message from the system confirming your account set-up will be sent. If you do not see the email, check spam/junk folders and adjust filters.

• Returning users will always be asked for their username and password to enter the secure site.
